Michelle did our wedding ceremony on August 2, 2014 and it was absolutely perfect.
She met with us beforehand and discussed our story and what we wanted to see from the day. She managed to incorporate every element that we discussed, and perfectly captured us as a couple. Andy is from England and Tara from Canada so we chose to have a water ceremony blending the waters from our respective birth places to symbolically represent our coming together. We were a bit nervous about how this portion of our ceremony would play out, but it was so incredible. There were almost no dry eyes in the place as Michelle explained the symbolism behind what was happening.
We were also amazed that she picked up on our humour and through our ceremony seamlessly worked in subtle private jokes and touching personal details that she kept as a surprise for us . Michelle truly captured the excitement and celebration of our story, and brought her own genuine enthusiasm for our marriage. She had the perfect blend of professionalism and personal-ism, and performed the most beautiful wedding ceremony I have ever been to. Now when we speak to people about our wedding the first thing people tell me is how wonderful our ceremony was, and how great Michelle was. We cannot recommend her highly enough.
Michelle provided us with an experience that was not only highly professional, but so warm and full of love and fellowship. She made great effort to put us at ease as she got to know our wants and needs for our wedding ceremony. She was able to seamlessly incorporate our own ideas on love and marriage to truly personalize our ceremony, as well as provide examples of vows and readings that she thought might be poignant to us, allowing us to either choose from what she provided, or provide our own, letting the choices be entirely ours, making our wedding exactly what we wanted it to be.
It was a pleasure working with Rev. Michelle. She took a vested interest in making sure our ceremony was about us by personalizing every detail. She even included our bunnies and that was very special for us. Hire Rev. Michelle, you won’t regret it.
Michelle was the Officiant at my wedding. We didn’t have time to meet in person before the wedding, due to short notice of it being planned, but Michelle was able to write beautiful vows that reflect both my husband and mine relationship together. Choosing an officiant for our wedding was one of the most important things to us so we wanted to make sure we picked the right person. We are so happy and thankful that we chose Michelle for our big day! She is an amazing person with such a big heart and really took the time to get to know us, our ceremony was memorable and very personal.
